Synopsis
Brightman Parish
A Tale of Witches, Mortals, and a Ghost Farm
Under the sponsorship of high sorcerer Vadium Breightman, a
covenstead of one-hundred-ninety-eight white enchantresses settle in his
self-named parish in the quiet rural town of Washington Borough. The townspeople turn out to be graciously fond of the long-dressed parish women, although there are a few appalling firebrands set out to convey a very different message.
One beautiful and wholesome witch named Beth uncharacteristically falls in love with William, a mortal townsman brought in by Vadium to minister the parish landscaping, and a man that everyone would come to admire. The couple represents all that is good among sorceresses and mortal souls, often providing a necessary voice of reason.
But beyond the power and decency of the white magic covenstead lies a centuries-old farm town that went bloodily annihilated and desecrated two-hundred years before by the hands of something or someone unknown and unfound. William tells the mythical tale, but Breightman
Parish could not know the aggrieved ghosts in that forgone homestead have awakened hellacious, sadistic, and hostile.
Transcend the norm – behind the scenes, into the sense, and under the skin.
